Last night our friends Ethan and Katie came over to visit.

Faithie and Ethan had fun playing Cowgirl/boy.They were shooting hogs.Instead of riding a horse they rode Wahoo.:)

Here is Obadiah with some of his good deals.Yesterday he went to the little store in town and bought things with his own money that were FREE after rebate.Obadiah does NOT spend money.(Usually) so this was a BIG deal.He knew he would get his money back.It was funny though as we went into the store Josh mentioned he shops like his mom(Looking for great deals.)Not even two seconds later Obadiah suggested I do the talking (and paying) with his money. Then Josh added he shops like his Dad too!I thought it was quite funny.

Faithie and Ethan both two. When the older kids asked Faith if Ethan was coming to play with her she said that Ethan only plays tractors. When they asked her what she plays she said"kitchen".Then they asked if Ethan would play kitchen with her and she said"I don't know, but maybe."They actually play very well together.

This morning a man that Josh works with towed Uncle Cliff's trailer here for us.We had filled it with wood already. It seemed good to get such a HUGE amount dumped here. You can see it better in this picture below. Thanks Uncle Cliff for the use of your trailer. So handy!!We had a bit of a suprise this morning when Grandma came over this morning and told us that a couple days ago someone was snooping around at two a.m with a flashlight.Turns out they stole the batteries out of our Betty Blue truck and our little blue car. They are lucky I did not see them or else they may have been a little nervous.Okay ALOT nervous!!!We have notified the state police and will be keeping a closer eye on these things.I guess that is about all for now.We are headed off to do more wood.Hope you all have a great day....if you live near us you may want to be on look out for thieves who don't mind driving up a long driveway to steal with dogs barking. It is quite puzzling......

5 sweet notes:
Thought I would check to see if you put their pictures up. I am somewhat biased, but those two are so cute!!!
Hi Katie,
Glad you stopped by.I agree that they are adorable.:)Josh really liked the pictures too.He thought it was funny that we could have company and he have no idea.Well,he knew you were coming but he never heard a thing!!!i thought he could probably hear that lovely piano playing but no he didn't.:)Nikki
The cowboy and cowgirl looked like they were having much fun shooting hogs. Sorry to hear about the thieves. People are so bold these days! I never think to pray for our church families, that they won't be stolen from - I should make that a matter of prayer. It's hard, thinking someone is out there in the yard doing that. Mom had a racoon stealing her birdseed last night. I heard him and flickered the flashlight in his eyes, but he boldly stood there on the railing and emptied her feeder! That's bad enough!
Wow! That is really bad that they swiped the battery out of your nice old truck! One of the kids said that you'll shoot them with a shotgun next time. :) I recognized Faithie's gun as soon as I saw it.
Hi Nick,
It was too bad about the batteries. We would not have shot anyone but we would call the police and we may shoot out the window.Or take a picture of the robbery in progress.Hope there isn't a next time!
